RewardTrax is Incentive Solutions program management software. It's a highly flexible suite giving managers and associates the ability to manage their program, access detailed reports, and create or update sales promotions on the fly.
The software works in two parts, the front facing participant portal and the back end admin portal. The front facing participant portal was constantly updated with new themes every year, while the backend was written with a mix of a couple different languages. As the software grew in scale it became more and more complex and less user-friendly. I was brought on to lead UX and UI Design working with a cross-functional team between product, marketing, and software.
